Order Cancellation

Once you have submitted your order and received a confirmation with an order number, we are not able to cancel your order. We do however offer a free return service in all EU countries excl. Switzerland. Please notify us of your intent to cancel your order and we will provide the return paperwork for the customs clearance. We recommend that you do not collect the package from your pickup point as it will be returned to us after 10 business days. Your refund will be issued once we receive the package in return.
