How to Exchange or Return Products

Exchange Service

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer you free exchange service or free return service if you live within the EU. If you wish to exchange your product to a different size or colour, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days (see contact info on enclosed advice note). You can also choose to return your products within 30 days after delivery.

 

Return Your Products

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:

1. Pack the products you wish to return - ideally in the parcel originally provided. All products must be unused and unwashed and returned in its original packaging. Ensure that the products have been carefully packed into one parcel for dispatch by post.

2. Fill out the Returns Form at the bottom of the advice note, tear it off and enclose the form in the package. It is important that you enclose the Return Form with your returns in order to process your refund correctly.

3. Attach the prepaid label to your parcel. The label is prepaid you do not have to pay anything to return the parcel. Please use the address stated on the label.

4. Take the parcel to your nearest post office and obtain a proof of posting.

Arrange the returns yourself

You also have the option to arrange a return shipment yourself through any postal courier within 30 days. In this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Please make sure to fill out the Returns Form in the bottom of the Advice Note enclosed with your order and enclose the Return Form with your returns in order to process your refund correctly.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.

We aim to process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and send you an e-mail to let you know we have received and processed it.

After you have received the e-mail, please allow up to 20 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you have. Unfortunately this delay is outside of our control. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. In the event that we are unable to refund your credit card we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refunding your order.

If you have paid with open invoice and wish to return an item, Gothia Financial Group AB will issue a refund within 3-4 days after receiving the return. Gothia Financial Group AB will send a giro payment that can be used at the bank.

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as our warehouse has processed your return, we will email you to let you know. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 20 days after your parcel has been collected, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will investigate.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 calendar days after you have received them, provided that:

The products are un-used and unwashed. You are of course allowed to try the products on to see if they fit you – however, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the products.

The products are in essentially the same state and quantity in which you received them.

Returned footwear, blazers and suits must include the original shoe box or suit bag in its original condition.
